What:
To
follow up on the present years successful tournament, Copenhagen Ballcrackers
once again hosts a low point wheelchair rugby tournament, this time with up to 8
teams.
Where:
The
tournament will be held on a fast wooden floor in
Sundbyhallen Hall 1 & 2,
Englandsvej 61
2300 København S.
Accommodation:
Will
be at the excellent hotel

Near
the highway about 12 km from where the tournament takes place. A
booking code will be provided for participating teams. Double room is 535,- DKK
per night included breakfast. All referees will be accommodated with the teams,
and get 275,- DKK per night (maximum 825,- DKK) to cover the hotel.
When:
First
game will start at 14:00 Friday 17th
of August, last game will end at 18:00
Sunday 19th of August. We will try to let teams arriving on
Friday, play the late games.Award ceremony will be right after the final match,
and will take about 15 minutes.
Quick
Response:
Please
respond as quickly as possible, as there will only be 7 open spots. Deadline for
first entry is
May 20th 2007.
Referees
and
Officials:
Each
team is acquired to bring one referee, if a team fails to do this, they will
have to pay a penalty fee of € 200.
Referees will be paid € 15 pr. match. Accommodation for the referees for 2-3
nights will be paid by the organisers.
Costs
and
Transportations:
Entry
fee will be € 200 / DKK 1500.
Transportations
between airport, tournament hall and hotel can be provided for an extra fee of €
10 per person per day. If you are arriving by plane, you will be contacted
after the entry deadline to arrange your transportation. Information about
payment will be provided later.
Rules
and
Modifications:
International
low-point rules. Team points 3.5. Female
players will have 0.5 points subtracted (this rule is only applied to one female
player on court).
