QUAD-RUGBY MASTERS

What:
To follow up on last years succesfull tournament,
Copenhagen Ballcrackers once again hosts a
lowpoint wheelchair rugby tournament with 7 teams
playing round robin.
Where:
The tournament will be held on a fast wooden floor in
Sundbyhallen Hall 3,
Englandsvej 61
2300 København S.
Accommodation:
Will
be at the excellent hotel

Near
the highway about 12 km from where the tournament takes place.
A
booking code will be provided for participating teams. Double room is 720,- DKK
per night included breakfast. All referees will be accommodated with the teams,
and get 720,- DKK to cover the hotel.
When:
First
game will start at 13:00 Friday 16th
of June, last game will end at 18:00
Sunday 18th of June. Award ceremony will be right after the final
match, and will take about 15 minutes.

respond as quickly as possible, as there will only be 6 open spots. Deadline for
first entry is
April 30 th

Referees
and
Officials:
Each team is acquired to bring one referee, if a team fails to do
this, they will have to pay a penalty fee of €
150.
Referees
will be paid € 12 pr. match. Accommodation for 2 nights for referees will be
paid by the organisers.
Costs
and
Transportations:
Entry
fee will be € 200 / DKK 1500.
Transportations
between airport, tournament hall and hotel can be provided for an extra fee of
€ 25/person.
If you’re arriving by plane. You will be contacted after the entry deadline to
arrange your transportation. Information about payment, will be provided later.
Rules
and
Modifications:
International
low-point rules.
Team points 3.5. - 0.5 point bonus for each female player on court. Playing time
4 periods of 6 min.
